I’m working hard to reverse adversity and help people recover from trauma.

The main part of the work I do is through my online training, but I also provide a wealth of resources free of charge both via my website and directly to organisations such as charities.

I also provide pro bono support to a variety of therapists and counselling centres as well as various initiatives to help trauma survivors, such as through my podcast, my blog, and by providing in some cases one-to-one support.

All of this is done free of charge, but requires funding.
