Terms and Conditions:

We can only ship to UK addresses at this time.
As a small team with limited capacity, we cannot guarantee turnaround times, but we will try our best to:
- issue invoices within 1-2 working days of receiving your completed order form; and
- dispatch orders within 10 working days following payment.
Please avoid contacting us about your invoice or order unless you have been waiting longer than the above turnaround times or have a specific query requiring a response.
Invoices should be settled upon receipt and within 30 days of issue.
Orders will be processed and dispatched after payment has been received.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information. Should delivery issues arise due to incorrect shipping details, additional P&P charges may apply.
You will receive email confirmation once your order has been dispatched which will include delivery method and estimated arrival date.
