These beautiful cards combine inspiring images with trauma-specific affirmations and can be particularly useful to help with grounding before, during or after a flashback or trigger, or during therapy sessions as an aid to return to the green zone or ‘window of tolerance’. These pocket-sized cards come in carry-cases so that they can be kept to hand at all times.
