CPD certificates are only available for registered users upon completion of each lesson of the online training course.
Even if you have completed the training in a group setting rather than independently, your CPD certificate can only be generated once the ‘complete lesson’ button has been clicked on each course page. N.B. you do not have to re-watch lesson videos in order to register lessons as complete.
Once your certificate PDF has been generated, it will remain available to download from your account forever.
