Why is my online training not working?

Why can’t I see my online training?

We’ve updated the site since you purchased your online training and the link we sent in your confirmation email won’t work.

But don’t worry! Your online training should have been transferred to our updated site.

Please go to www.carolynspring.com/my-account and log in using your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, click on the “Lost your Password?” link and go through the process of resetting your password.

Once logged in, go to My Account, then My Online Courses (www.carolynspring.com/online-training/my-courses) and your course/s should be shown.

If you can’t see your online training or you experience difficulties with the process, please drop an email to info@carolynspring.com and we will sort it out for you. Alternatively give us a call on 01480 878687.
