Course Instructions

  • The training is divided into several distinct sessions.
  • Each session consists of a video available to stream or download, and additional resources linked below each video.
  • Start the course by clicking the button above.
  • After the page has loaded, simply click once on the video itself to begin playing it.
  • The reflection questions that follow certain sessions are located immediately below each session video.
  • If you want to watch the course offline, download links for the lesson videos can be found at the bottom of each lesson page.
  • Once you have completed a session, click on the ‘Complete lesson’ button at the very bottom of the page in order to progress to the next lesson.
  • All lessons must have been completed in order to receive your certificate at the end.
