Online Training User Guide (Group Bookings)

Let's get your training underway!

Welcome to our online training

Let’s get you started!

This is a guide to help you access your training. It’s for people whose organisations have purchased training as part of a block booking and who aren’t paying for it themselves.

You will need an access code from your training co-ordinator. This makes the training you select pre-paid at checkout.

Please only ‘purchase’ one course at a time, or the access codes won’t work.

Grab the access code from your training coordinator. It looks something like ‘xxx-pp-xxx’.

The list of available courses is below. Click on the right one to add it to your basket.

Enter your access code into the ‘discount code’ box on the basket page. Check the price has been reduced to £0 and click ‘Continue to checkout’.

If you already have an account with us, check if you’re logged in. If you’re not, click on the ‘returning customer?’ link.

If you don’t yet have an account, one will be created for you during checkout. You just need to make a note of your username and password.

All correct? Click on ‘Place order’.

Check your inbox for an email confirmation. It will contain a link to access the online training.

You can also access the training direct on www.carolynspring.com from the ‘My account’ menu.

That’s it! You’re good to go.

Any problems, please check the FAQ below or get in touch for further support.

FAQs

Please find below some FAQs relating to group training.

For more general or technical queries, please visit our main FAQ page here.

Can I use the additional resources with clients?

Absolutely, yes!

You are welcome to share our resources with anyone you believe could benefit from them. We only ask that they are used in their original format (i.e. clearly attributable to Carolyn Spring).

  • CPD certificates are only available for registered users upon completion of each lesson of the online training course.
  • Even if you have completed the training in a group setting rather than independently, your CPD certificate can only be generated once the ‘complete lesson’ button has been clicked on each course page. N.B. you do not have to re-watch lesson videos in order to register lessons as complete.
  • Once your certificate PDF has been generated, it will remain available to download from your account forever.
  • The access code provided to your organisation is valid for the number of licences they have purchased.
  • If you are sure you have entered it correctly (no extra spaces, for example) then please double-check with your training coordinator and ask them to confirm that their pre-paid licences have not all been used.

Individual user accounts are necessary for several reasons:

  • Lifetime access is included in your licence which means that the training and downloadable resources will remain yours to return to as many times as you may wish in the future.
  • CPD certificates are generated only for registered users upon completion of each lesson of the online training course. These remain available to download from your account forever.
  • Even if your organisation decides to deliver the training in a group setting, you will still need to add the training to your account and click through each lesson in order to generate your CPD certificate.
